You probably ran into my blog through the use of social media. Either through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or just found out through a friend through one of these sites. To that, I'd like to ask you a question: exactly how much time do you spend on social media? Think about it. Out of most of your time each day coming home from work or school is immediately spent checking out the latest trends and what new song some artist wrote or what new clothing some celebrity is wearing. We spend so much time wanting to look like them, you're beginning to lose yourself in the process. There are many women in the U.S. that want to look like the mentally retarded Kim Kardashian, when they could just look like themselves and be happy for being unique. Ever since social media was created, there hasn't been any "Me Time". No one ever puts time into themselves anymore because they wanna look like someone else.
I have a suggestion for all of you trendy freaks and social crazies: put away the electronics, go outside, take your mind off of the web and feel free. Don't let the internet try to control you. You are who you want to be, not what 99K people think you should be.
Including the Cyber Bullies and the Cyber Bullied. You are who you want to be and you shouldn't let people that might not know who you are over the internet tell you what to do. You shouldn't kill yourself over what anyone on the Web says to you. They don't know you, and you don't know them.
This has been Sonic36321. You have been reading from 326.9 The Singe. Spread this to every person on and off the Web (irony). They could use it. And I hope your day is better than mine. I guarantee it!
